This Studio Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Podcastry.live (“Podcastry,” “we,” “us”) and the individual or entity booking the studio (“Client,” “you”).

By booking and using the Podcastry podcast studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Studio Use & Access
- The studio may only be used during your confirmed booking time.
- Early arrivals or overtime use may result in additional fees.
- Access is limited to the Client and approved guests listed at the time of booking.
- Podcastry reserves the right to deny access to anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

2. Equipment & Facilities
- Podcastry provides professional podcast recording equipment, including microphones, audio interfaces, headphones, and basic lighting (where applicable).
- All equipment must be used as instructed.The Client agrees to treat the studio space and equipment with care.Damage Policy:
- The Client is financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment or the studio beyond normal wear and tear.

3. Recording & Content Ownership
- All audio and video content recorded during the session belongs solely to the Client.
- Podcastry does not claim ownership of your content.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk
- The Client assumes all risks associated with using the studio and equipment.
- Podcastry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Podcastry is not liable for technical issues, data loss, or recording failures beyond reasonable control.

5. File Delivery & Storage
-Recorded files will be delivered digitally via a secure link.Podcastry is not responsible for long-term storage of files after delivery.
- Clients are encouraged to download and back up files promptly.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.Podcastry reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, space unavailability, etc.).

7. Conduct & House Rules
- No illegal activity, hate speech, or harassment is permitted.
- Food and drinks may be restricted near equipment.
- The studio is a shared coworking environment; excessive noise outside the studio space is not permitted.

8. Indemnification
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Podcastry, its owners, operators, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Studio use
- Content recorded
- Client or guest behavior

9. Guests
-Client is responsible for ensuring that all guests complete the Podcastry Guest Release prior to recording.

10. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the studio is located.

11. Acceptance
- By booking a session and/or signing digitally, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Studio Usage Agreement.

I grant Podcastry.live a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use short clips, still images, behind-the-scenes footage, and excerpts from my recording session for Podcastry’s:
WebsiteSocial media
Promotional materialsAdvertising and marketing content

This usage will not include full episodes or complete recordings and will be limited to promotional excerpts only.

I understand that:
- Podcastry will not sell my content to third parties.
- I may request removal of specific promotional materials by written request.
- This consent does not affect my ownership of the original content.

By booking a session and/or signing digitally, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Marketing & Media Consent.
